Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the Deseo AI services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully:

• Service Access: Deseo AI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform and AI agents according to your chosen plan.
• Subscription & Billing: Plans renew monthly. Charges for additional minutes or agents are prorated. Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
• Data Ownership: All data generated by your AI agents (call recordings, transcripts, analytics) belong to you. Deseo AI stores and processes data in compliance with GDPR.
• Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep all non-public business and technical information confidential.
• Liability: Deseo AI’s total liability under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the fees you have paid for the past 6 months.
• Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ notice. After termination, your data remains available for download for 60 days.
• Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, jurisdiction Dubai.
